Terms of Use

Alibaba Arcade is operated by Alibaba Arcade (the “Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, signing in, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of the Alibaba Arcade iOS application is also subject to Apple’s Standard EULA.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service where you live. Do not create an account or use the Service where it is prohibited by law.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not share, sell, transfer, or use another person’s account without authorization.

You are responsible for the posts, comments, messages, profiles, and other content you submit to Alibaba Arcade. You must have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to publish that content. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate it only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and enforce the Service.

Alibaba Arcade has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You must not submit, send, promote, or attempt to distribute:

• Pornography and sexually explicit content.
• Child exploitation or any content that endangers minors.
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, and abusive behavior.
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting people because of protected characteristics.
• Violence, physical threats, or promotion of self-harm.
• Illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or deceptive content.
• Spam, scams, malicious links, unauthorized advertising, or unsolicited promotions.
• Copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights violations.
• Private or confidential information shared without permission.
• Attempts to bypass moderation, reporting, or blocking systems.

You can report objectionable posts, comments, content, and profiles through the Report feature in the mobile application. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours. If a violation is confirmed, we remove the offending content and suspend or permanently terminate the responsible account.

You can block abusive users through the Block User feature. Blocking immediately removes the blocked user’s content from your feed and prevents further interaction with you. Each block also generates a notification for the moderation team.

We may review, remove, restrict, or preserve content and accounts to enforce these Terms, protect users, and comply with law. Confirmed violations result in removal of the offending content and suspension or permanent termination of the responsible account.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, creates risk for users or the Service, or is used fraudulently. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate permanent account termination.

The Service may include simulated game features and virtual coins. Virtual coins are digital in-Service units, not legal tender, cash, bank accounts, or investments. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn for cash.

Purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase are subject to Apple’s payment terms and refund processes. Do not use an unauthorized payment method, make a fraudulent chargeback, or exploit a pricing, purchase, or redemption error.

We may update these Terms when the Service, law, or our operations change. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms.
