Community Guidelines

Alibaba Arcade has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Do not post, send, encourage, or help others distribute content that puts people at risk or makes the community unsafe.

• Pornography, sexually explicit content, or child exploitation.
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, or abusive behavior.
• Hate speech or discrimination.
• Violence, physical threats, or promotion of self-harm.
• Illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or deceptive content.
• Spam, scams, malicious links, unauthorized ads, or impersonation.
• Sharing someone’s private or confidential information without their permission.
• Content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
• Trying to bypass reporting, blocking, or moderation tools.

Use the Report feature in the mobile application to report objectionable posts, comments, content, and profiles. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours. When a report confirms a violation, we remove the offending content.

Use the Block User feature to stop an abusive user from interacting with you. Blocking immediately removes that user’s content from your feed, prevents further interaction, and sends a notification to our moderation team.

Confirmed offending content is removed. We may also restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate permanent account termination.
